Here we go! As this is the first Dinner@Doyle’s, I want to cover some basics in tonight’s dishes so the menu below is made up of classic Brazilian dishes. I’ve tried to avoid more Bahian dishes and keep it more Rio, more carioca!
Aperitif
Caiprinhas served with Bolinhos de bacalhau (salt cod balls)
Main
Feijoda, carioca style – pork and bean stew
Coconut rice a brasileira
Farofa – fried mandioca/cassava
Cheesy bread rolls
Vinagrete salsa
Dessert
Passionfruit mousse
There will also be a surprise with the coffee!
