West coast you’d be looking at a car boot full of maple syrup chicken wings (the maple my own addition ), t-bone steak as big as your head and all manner of greasy biscuits to scoop up all the sauce. And as anyone who’s ever been Stateside will attest, everything comes with Mac n Cheese!!

Now to make things really interesting you probably want to actually go for a southern themed night (though most of the above is from the south too tbh). Confederate flag tablecloth and such sub-Mason-Dixie delicacies as chiterlins (pig intestines), grits, chicken-fried steak, collard greens and pecan or key lime pie. I’ve got indigestion just writing this…
